Returns and exchange
We want you to feel good in Monday Chill. That includes feeling comfortable with your return experience. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return eligibility
• Full-price orders over $80 include one free return per order. Additional returns from the same order will have a $7.99 return fee deducted from the refund.
• Orders under $80 have a $7.99 return shipping fee deducted from the refund.
• Holiday sale items can be returned or exchanged with a $7.99 processing and shipping fee.
• Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Orders purchased with promotions or discount codes are still eligible for return or exchange as long as:
* the order total after discount is over $80
* the item is not marked Final Sale
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags attached, and free from any marks or damage.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges
We’re happy to help you find the right fit. Exchanges for the same item in a different size or color are free as long as the item is in stock.
Holiday sale items can also be exchanged, with a 7.99 processing and shipping fee to cover the cost of sending the new item.
