Shipping

Currently, We ship to united states and Canada.

We ask for 2-3 business days to process your order before shipment. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or on Holidays.

For customers shipping packages to the US, all orders under $100  are charged shipping.

Orders over $100 (after discounts) have free shipping. Orders shipped within the continental US have 2-7 day transit times with ground shipping. Alaska and HI have longer transit times. This is expected.

We do offer expedited shipping at checkout. Keep in mind that expedited shipping begins when the order ships - which is after our standard order processing times.

We ship with USPS/UPS/DHL/Fedex. We are not liable for any delays caused by the USPS/UPS/DHL/Fedex for any reasons.

If you are experiencing complications for your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier. For most cases, Monday chill is unable to provide any additional information or changes to your shipment once it has left our facilities.

Monday Chill is not liable for any lost packages due to address errors.
